Return Policy90 days in-home trial:
Anytime after the first 45 days of the trial that you don’t find our mattresses compatible excluding our air mattresses that have a thirty day trial. Ship it back to us and we will refund your money less all shipping fees. Adjustable bases are not returnable.
Adjustable bed warranties - are included in the shipped product and honored by the manufacture – we do have lifetime warranties on some of our adjustable beds please ask of about these.
Mattress Warranties – all mattresses will need to be returned to us for inspection before any warranty can be honored.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy - If an order has not shipped and you wish to cancel before 24 hours there will be no cancellation fee. If you wish to cancel an order after 24 hours of placing it and the order has already shipped, you will be liable for all delivery charges. This includes the cost of shipping the product(s) out to you and the cost of bringing the product(s) back to our distribution center. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all canceled or refused orders that have already shipped. This policy applies to all orders including orders that qualified for free delivery. |
