Beverly Hills Bed guarantees that your mattress will be replaced or repaired at our option, should it be deemed defective because of faulty workmanship, or structural defects during the first ten years of the warranty excluding the specific limitations contained herein. It does cover any deterioration in the cell-structure of the foam that causes the mattress to have a visible indentation greater than 1 inch not associated with a sag in the foundation or platform. It is understood that this warranty does not include a normal increase in softness of the visco elastic memory foam material or a decrease in the slow recovery feature - aspects which do not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the foam. If such defects occur, we will at our option, repair the mattress at a handling cost to you, or replace the mattress. If such defects occur during the remaining lifetime of the mattress will be at a 50% discount off of retail cost at that point in time. All warranties contained herein shall not apply if the mattress, foundation, or cover has been physically damaged, burned, cut, torn, or is abnormally soiled or unsanitary.

Air Bed Warranty - 20 year warranty
Air beds are covered for 20 years by the manufacture. Pumps and air chambers are 3 years full and pro-rated to 20 years. Possible void of this warranty is the sale or transfer of the warranted product or component, misuse or abuse of warranted product or component. Tampering with or opening the warranted product or component. We reserve the right not to repair or replace any product or component if is returned in unsanitary condition. If service is required from a defect after the "Full" Warranty period and up to 20 years, It will be replaced or repaired at a pro rata charge, based on the number of years in use, length of warranty and current cost of component replacement. Leggett and Platt Warranty 20 Year warranty
Full replacement in year number 1, parts - year numbers 2-5 and prorated from then on. Upon notice during the 6th through the twentieth year from the warranty commencement date, Leggett and Platt will replace, upon terms and conditions. Purchaser shall pay 1/18 of the then current replacement cost of the defective part multiplied by the number of months from the warranty commencement date, and L&P shall bear the remainder of the cost of the replacement part. Purchaser shall pay all service and transportation costs related to the replacement of the defective part.

This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product and you must provide proof of purchase for any warranty claim. All transportation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and are additional to any prorated charges.
