Air Mattress Warranty

Mattress Warranty
Our mattresses are covered by manufacturer warranties and are all 10 years. These warranties protect against defects in materials and workmanship.
Adjustable Base Warranty
Adjustable bases include manufacturer warranties from 10 to 20 years depending on the adjustable base model.

How to File a Claim
If you believe your product has a warranty-eligible defect, please contact the Manufacture direct - Warranty information should be provided in your box. If you don't not have that information contact us. They will ask for photos or may need cell phone videos of the issue, and a description of the problem. Their team will trouble shoot and work with you and to resolve the issue promptly.
