I understood that it would have a soft feel that it is the right soft in the very middle of the mattress but very soft along the edges. When I sit at the side to lay down or sit up, it really sags. If I sit at the end to take shoes off, it really sags. My bed has a metal rod at the end to keep the mattress in place. It comes up about 4-5" and when I sit, it sags to that level. I did everything right when unpacking and let it rise for over 24 hours.

I don't think the two end had expanded fully and it is more soft than I expected but I will have to get used to it. it seems to be well built and the fabrics are of quality material.
