I had a lot of questions for the company, and they provided quick and helpful responses. The bed was shipped as promised, and we were able to put it together ourselves. There was an issue with getting the two split beds to work independently, but they gave us a phone number and the representative walked us through getting it totally resolved. The bed mechanism works great and the latex mattresses are very comfortable. This was just what we needed, and we recommend Beverly Hills Bed!
